Zaliwana Accessories aims to dispatch items which have been paid for in full within 24 hours of processing your order. If any delays should occur you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.
You will receive confirmation e-mails from us when (1) the order is accepted and (2) your order has been dispatched.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided with an approximate date of dispatch.
We use all reasonable measures to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified time-frame. However, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.
You may provide different billing and delivery addresses. However, for security reasons, the billing address MUST be the same as your registered credit or debit card address. You should also provide us with a means of communication (telephone or e-mail) in case we need to contact you.

Zaliwana Accessories uses the Royal Mail Signed For service which requires a signature on delivery which helps us to ensure our products are delivered in the best possible condition.

As we take great care to ensure that items are properly packaged before posting, Zaliwana Accessories cannot be held responsible for any damage to items once they have left our premises. If the customer misses delivery and fails to collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery, the parcel will then be returned to Zaliwana Accessories and any refunds requested by the customer as a result of this kind of return will be made only for the value of the returned item. The original postage paid by the customer, when placing the order, cannot be refunded. If, after the parcel has been returned to Zaliwana Accessories, the customer then requests that we re-send the item, the customer will have to place a new order through www.zaliwanaaccessories.co.uk for the item in question and will be charged for the postage applicable for the order.
Express deliveries can be arranged via telephone orders. Our express delivery service is only available for UK Mainland orders. We aim to dispatch the order the same day and it will be a next-day-delivery, which will require someone to accept delivery. Orders must be placed by 1pm to qualify for the Express Delivery service.
Please note that Zaliwana Accessories reserves the right to reject orders for delivery to military bases or PO Boxes.
If your delivery is late, please contact us so that we can make enquiries using the tracking number, where applicable. If the delivery has still not been received after 28 days, Royal Mail will regard it as lost and we will replace or refund the order.
We currently do not offer international delivery, however if you call us we will make every effort to fulfill your request.

To return an item:
- Please call us on 020 3129 5088 or 020 3129 5023 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that the product(s) is being returned.
- Please let us know why you have decided to return your product(s) – any feedback is helpful so we can continually improve our product offering.
- Please return the item(s) to us in its original condition and enclose your name, address, delivery address (if different) and order number.
- Send by a secure means to: Returns Department, Zaliwana Accessories, 6 Kenilworth Gardens, Staines-Upon-Thames, TW18 1DR, Surrey, United Kingdom.
Customers will be responsible for the return of any unwanted goods and must pay all the charges arising from the return of any items, except when originally faulty, in which case Zaliwana Accessories will reimburse the cost of the return postage up to "Signed For" level. If you choose to return goods by ordinary post (i.e. not "Signed For"), we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting since Zaliwana Accessories will not accept any responsibility for the loss and/or damage of items in transit.
Replacement items sent by Zaliwana Accessories in exchange for faulty goods will be delivered free of charge and will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and checked by Zaliwana Accessories.
If you decide to exchange your product(s) for something cheaper or more expensive, we will refund the price difference between your item and the cheaper one, or request an additional payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
We will contact you to let you know when your refund has been processed. Most refunds will be processed within 14 days, although some returns may take up to 28 days. All refunds will be issued in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and by the same payment method that was originally used to pay for the items.
Our products come with a 30-day guarantee after delivery. In the event that an item becomes damaged within this period of time as a result of a manufacturing fault, we will offer a replacement. If the item to be replaced is no longer available, we will refund its cost to the customer by the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
Returned items deemed to have been damaged as a result of misuse will not be accepted and therefore no replacement or refund will be offered.
Unless there is good reason, Zaliwana Accessories has the right to reject any damaged items received after 30 days.
